Index Reports

Stanard can produce reports based on items belonging to sub-indices within a survey, such as employee engagement items within a broader survey, or positive labor relations items within a broader survey. These reports begin by rank ordering the employee groups by the index score and identifying those that that are above average, average or below average on the index. Then, results for individual items are presented for each employee group to help identify areas of strength and developmental opportunity.
