Executive Summaries

One of ways that Stanard differentiates itself from competitors is in its ability to provide concise executive summaries in an extremely short period of time. This summary graphically ranks the survey categories by percentage of individuals responding favorably, summarizes strengths and opportunities for improvement, provides a report of survey items which are both above and below normative benchmarks (if applicable), and summarizes employees’ written comments.

Additionally, one of Stanard’s psychologists can present the summary to executives and senior management if desired. This presentation includes a review of data for the company overall, as well as a review of available data for important subgroups. Visuals and handouts are provided to help executives and senior management interpret and understand the data.
